Experience in Fire Protection Systems. Experience in design, testing and commissioning of Fire Water Deluge Spray System, Fire Water Hydrant System, installation, alignment, testing and commissioning of fire water electric pump set, diesel pump set, installation, testing of deluge and trim set, review of FPS materials and design drawings, computer based hydraulic calculation, maintenance and overhauling of fire pumps, deluge valves, check valve, isolation valves etc.
• Studying the project specifications drawing documents etc.
• Taking the bill of quantity & quotation of material like pipe fittings etc.
• Preparing the material submittal and taking the approval of same from the consultant &
Clients & main contractor
• Preparing the work schedule in co-ordination with other service etc.
• Helping the auto cad draftsmen in preparing the slope drawings co-ordinations with other service.
• Making the co-ordination drawings.
• Assigning the work to supervisors, foremens and supervising the objecting the work carried out by
Supervisors and foremen.
•Making the inspection reports & arranging for consultants inspections & keeping records of
all tests inspection reports.
•Coordinating with sub contractors for material delivery at site, cross checking with what we
have ordered & what we received.
• Attending weekly meetings at site with consultants ,client & main contractor update on site
programmers.
• Preparing site program reports.
• Arranging for final testing & commencing of the system & handover to the consultant &
Clients & main contractor to their satisfaction.
• Making operation & maintenance manual & handover to consultant &
Clients main contractor.
• Helping the office staff in making the quotation, bill of quantity in preparing pricing for
tender etc.
