• Monthly water discharge reporting to regulatory agencies for two processing facilities. (AL, LA) Maintaining sanitary permits for four transfer stations. Maintaining storm water permits for five locations. Maintaining U.S. Coast Guard manuals and Facility response plans for five waterfront bulk oil facilities. Reporting monthly waste volumes to state government (Louisiana) for five facilities. EPA NPDES reporting for 61 Offshore Production platforms. Responsible for 2 safety and 2 environmental coordinators.

Safety duties include:

• Coordinating safety meetings throughout seven locations, conducting safety training when necessary (see list attached) tracking and trending incident reports, RCA, and behavior based safety observations. Maintaining OSHA logs for seven locations. Coordinating and conducting required training throughout all company locations. Tracking injuries within the corporation as well as managing claims with insurance company. Coordinate with department of Labor on claims

Environmental duties include:

• Maintain compliance for seven separate waste locations, including air, solids and water permitting issues. Coordinate remediation issues, coordinate phase 1 and phase II, sight assessments for new properties acquired and locations vacated. Coordinate sampling and completion of five separate water discharge permits on a monthly basis.


Other duties include:

• Maintain compliance for fleet of seven oilfield waste hopper barges owned by company. Oversight of all environmental plans and permits. Interaction with regulators. Water quality issues. Serve as Company Radiation Safety Officer, Security Officer

Operations of: centrifuges, water filtering equipment. Heavy equipment operations include: hydraulic cranes, cherry pickers, forklifts, front-end loaders, skid steer loaders, excavators, boom truck,

Water treatment: well versed in water treatment technology, BOD reduction, aerobic and anaerobic biological treatment systems, and oil and hydrocarbon removal. Water/solids separation processes as well as Oil/water separation processes. Also knowledgeable in lab testing requirements and equipment.
