Personnel related legal matters:
Hands on experience and expertise in dealing with matters before courts, Industrial Tribunals, High courts, Labour Authorities
Active involvement in the form of collecting facts and details from relevant sources ,compiling them and providing the same to the advocates in court matters for drafting replies
Liaising with the Advocates on the pending matters
Industrial Relations:
Visiting upcountry locations, meeting staff posted and inquiring about the personal matters
Pending personal issues/claims with HR department and sharing knowledge of developments in the company
The entire exercise is based on the premise of building stronger bonds through communication
Contract Labour matters:
Advising our various locations departments on the Do-s and Donts of engaging contract labor in wake of the increased judicial activism in this field
Providing, vetting draft contract agreements to departments, locations for awarding contract.
