Procurement of all Piping Materials as per International Standards for both (Stock to be kept in Dubai & Saudi Arabia Warehouses) and as per customer requirements.

From Jan 18th 2006 till April 28th 2006 as BUYER

Issues inquiries, evaluations, purchase orders, change orders, and other instruments necessary for documenting purchase agreements with the suppliers.
Prepares, compiles, maintains, and communicates information and auditable records for the procurement process. Maintains awareness and analyzes market and delivery trends and conditions to determine future material availability and pricing probability.

Evaluate the capabilities and performance of suppliers, and select qualified suppliers based upon their ability to provide competitive pricing, acceptable terms, appropriate material quality, and ensure efficient and timely supply of goods.

Perform bid evaluations, cost and price analyses, availability studies, risk analyses, bid analysis summaries, and award recommendations that treat suppliers fairly and ethically, protect the company's interests, and promote best value awards.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct all negotiations with suppliers.
