Project Engineering
-Liaisoned and coordinated with client, discipline engineers and construction subcontractor to ensure uninterrupted construction activities with progress review, outstanding issues and technical quires
-Reviewed the detailed project schedule and tracked the progress achieved versus planned . Optimized the use of personnel to achieve the schedule. Forecasted and addressesed deviations to schedule
-Responsible for the total administration of the project in line with procedures. Attends and minutes all project meetings. Handled project communication with the clients

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
-Developed and implemented invoicing and management of change procedures.
-Raised change request and proposals for the works above the contractual scope.
-Reviewed and administered contracts and modifications; prepared contract review records and obtained necessary management approvals
-Coordinated with the sub contractors to ensure progress and verified their monthly invoice submitted.

ENGINEERING/SUPERVISION
-Developed isometrics, piping layout, material specification & selection of fitting and valves to piping spec
-Piping calculation, In-line equipment datasheet and final material take-off.
-Design of piping supports for different piping systems
-Design of small storage tank
-Reviewing the stress analysis reports and incorporate the necessary changes in Piping Layouts
-Conformity check of P&ID with the isometrics and plant erected.
-Resolved site issues with minimal modification in the piping and structural supports
-Quantified material shortage - steel members, pipe & fittings required for purchase
-Prepared tie-in details, procedure and schedule
-Coordinated tie-in activities during the shutdown
-Supervised fabrication & erection of CS, SS, GRE pipe work
-Supervised erection of equipment such as Flare stack, water tank, compressor, heater, etc.
-Reviewed hydrotest package submitted by the subcontractor prior to testing
-Witnessed and supervised pre-commissioning activities (hydro test, pigging, blowing, purging reinstatement and leak test)
-Raised punch list for the mechanical, piping and structural works performed
-Assisted in commissioning activities and preparation of document dossiers for hand over
-Prepared as-built of isometrics and reconciled materials with the as-built
