- Controlling and distribution of the load starting from the port of origin and shipping documentation management, jointly with the freight Forwarding
- Controlling and Distribution of necessary shipping documents for process of nationalization of merchandise by sea, in conjunction with the customs agent.
- Calculation and expenses control of the financial part for payment of the import taxes through the Commercial Bank, jointly with the department of treasury.
- Calculation of the pre-paid taxes for import goods.
- Revision and approval of invoice payment from custom agents (Sea/Air) and Trucking companies, jointly with the accounts payable unit.
- Request governmental authorities for all special permits required by the respective customs inspection sites.
- Supervision and control of the materials moving down by the Trucking companies from port and/or airport, to their final destination, jointly with the transport unit.
- Supervision and control of the merchandise nationalization process by air.
- Expedite Local and International Purchase Orders.
