• Carrying Out Radiation Sources Exchange And Supervising Radiation Sources Transportation.

• Prepare and review written administrative procedures that define the means of complying with regulatory or license requirements;
• Prepare and review operational procedures including local rules to ensure that radiation exposures to persons are kept as low as reasonably achievable
• Ensure that engineering controls and other equipment designed to protect persons against ionizing radiation are maintained;
• Identify where controlled and supervised areas are required and ensure that access to such areas is appropriately restricted;
• Arrange for individual monitoring, supervising the use of personnel dosimeters and ensure that that appropriate dose records are maintained;
• Ensure that there is adequate monitoring of workplaces.
• Investigate any accidents involving radiation sources and notify senior management and the regulatory authority as soon as practicable;
• Review the need for additional requirements for the protection of any female staff engaged in radiogarphy work who are or may be pregnant;
