• SAP- PM, MM Functionality, Procurement of In house instruments, planning weekly schedule, work order, notification system handling
• Preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments of the plant (polyethylene)
• ISO (SMS) system management, TCI and quality instrument’s maintenance
• Risk assessment updation, day in-day out activities, job allocation and follow up, Establishing / maintaining plant spare system
• FCO/shutdown planning & execution, updating database and DCS configuration.

Role Instrumentation Engineer -Trainee
Description • DCS ABB (800xa) commissioning, Installation of Continuous Polymerization 7 Polyester Fiber Yarn Plant in Patalganga.
• Cable laying, MCC and Inverter commissioning, P&ID check, logic checking implementation with ABB and PCT contract labor. TRIO commissioning, installation with Pepperell & Fuchs and CES.
• Loop checking of pressure, level switches, flow switches temperature loops, Marshalling cabinet interface with MCC, load trials of HT &l LT pumps.
