Key Job Responsibilities : „Ï Yokogawa (DCS) complete hardware materials and installation
„Ï Review the Elect & Instrument specification sheet
„Ï Preparation of technical appraisal & technical queries
„Ï Conducting of document review of material test report to check material conformation on project requirements
„Ï Co-ordinate with client, Vendor and Buyer whenever problem arises and to resolve issues.
„Ï Continuously review the technical/inspection requirement such as relevant procedure, drawings, technical specifications of the instruments standards codes etc.,
„Ï Preparation of documentation/ loop folders and as-built (Red-line drawings)
„Ï Estimation and Preparation of Material Request
„Ï Manpower handling
„Ï Installation / testing / calibration of instruments.
„Ï To Co-ordinate and prioritized all construction works to be done according to the project planning schedule and ensure that System installation as per standards
„Ï Preparation of SAT activities Coordination between Client and Vendor
„Ï Database drawing checking and simulation of input; Analog Output Digital Input; Digital Output;
„Ï Preparation of Discrepancy report during testing and folloup
„Ï Satisfactorily completion of Site acceptance Test (SAT) for Distributed control system (DCS),
„Ï Satisfactorily completion of Site acceptance Test (SAT) for Plant (ESD)Emergency Shutdown Systems
„Ï Satisfactorily completion of Site acceptance Test (SAT) for OPC Bridge net working (Integration of Objects)
„Ï Satisfactorily completion of Site acceptance Test (SAT) for Fiber Optical Cable (OFC)
„Ï Red line marking and as-built drawings for all the loops.

Presently working as Electrical Engineer (AL-Suwaidi Industrial Services) involve in different Construction Projects all throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Previously working for five (04) Years from an ISO Certified Polyester Manufacturing Company in the Pakistan (ICI Polyester Fiber Ltd.) one of the biggest in Asia that specializes in the manufacturing and processing of Polyester Fibers.
With Certificates of Seminars and Training for Staff / Admin. / Health Care, Quality & Productive and Information Technology.
Attended a six (6) months Caregiver Training Course.
Attend one week training course from "Bently Nevada" Vibration Monitoring System 3500 Series Software Package Of PLC online (In Rastanura K.S.A).
Attend Two Days training course of "SIEMENS S7 PLC Software"

(20 Months)In K.S.A Petrochemical, Oil and Gas (Saudi Aramco plants like Riyadh refinery) for electrical & instrumentation project & Shutdown and the activists includes Estimation, Planning, Installation, Testing, Calibration, Loop Checking and Documentation as a part of safe system of instrumentation for NEMA ICS 250, NEMA VE1, NEMA VE2, NEPA 70/NEC and UL 94. For quality system requirement and implementation of Wide range of instrumentation and process control systems.
