7.Senior level support to System Administration and Customer Support via phone, email and onsite service.
8.Supervised the support for 200+ users running windows XP inclusive of all the network systems for a construction company.
9.Built a personal relationship with key clients to preserve a competitive advantage over competitors using presentation, delivery, communication, interpersonal skills and excellent-quality service to customers.
