Tasks and responsabilities
- Plans and procedures review
- Electrical equipments asembly follow up. Monitoring the cables laying and routing with repect to plans acceptability
- Monitoring electrical connections (Wiring Tag marking …)
- Standards and guidelines checking, and quality control of the devices and their protection systems (For example: IP-ADF. Coupling torque )
- During commissionning :
- Continuity control
- Cables and MV LV engines insulation resistance measurements
- Settings and tests of electrical devices like relay and circuit-breaker according to specifications and layouts.
- Preliminary trials and measurements of different electrical circuits
- Dynamic tests and launch of equipment (Static and dynamic)
- Documentation update
- Diagrams update (as built)
- PROJECT :
- Oil plant 80 000 b/d : 18 production wells (off sites)
- Two FRAME 5 turbines of 25 MW for gas reinjection (in 04 wells) with capacité de 10 000000m3 /day gaz capacity. Compressor LP-MP-HP (with glycol reconditioning unit.)
- Deux electrical engines of 4 MW each used as driving systemof water reinjection pumps in 09 wells (with a water processing unit)
- Two power lines 60kv/5.5kv
- Emergency diesel group 1.2 MW
