DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs factory acceptance testing (FAT) and commissioning of enhanced monitoring system(EMS), Ensures that systems components such as encoders, transducer, relays, current transformers, PLC modules are working as per designed, FAT of jacking control system, conduct jacking motor/brakes inspection, monitors product software and check and ensures its reliability, prepares and arranges project documents, support the customer by on-board troubleshooting and services, assist in research and development and system upgrades, monitors spares parts, prepares functional design specifications for EMS, liaising with vendor and customer for product modification and rectification, assist in providing analysis in jacking operations using ODVT plotting software.
