Senior Engineer

ð Ensuring consistent application of Project-approved codes, standards and specifications and review of deviation requests
ð Review of Piping Design and related calculations,
ð Liaise with other disciplines, project personnel, vendors/Detail Engineering Contractors and client, etc. to ensure interfaces clearly defined and correctly engineered,
ð Participation in technical and safety reviews as required to ensure technical HSE compliance and technical integrity in design,
ð Monitoring continuously and assessing for the piping technical deliverables and anticipate problems and initiate corrective actions,
ð Survey existing installations to facilitate the design and integration of additions,
ð Scoping, estimation, tracking & implementation of project plans within preset budgets and deadlines.
ð Coordinating projects for the set up facilities with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.

Piping Design

ð Stress Analysis of flow lines and gas lift lines for Offshore projects which includes Fatigue life and Mechanical Joints Checking, Stress analysis of Pipe Rack lines, lines to rotatory equipments and Static equipments
ð Support Design for Critical lines, Preparation Pipe loading details input on supports to Civil
ð Checking of Piping Layouts, Isometrics and MTO,
ð Technical Bid evaluation of Piping and Piping components including valves,
ð Preparation of MTO

Site & Construction Management

ð Anchor on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time &
ð Supervise all construction activities, Execution and Inspection of WWTP, Panipat Refinery Project & coordination with site management activities.
ð Supervise a team of engineers for various types of job and resolve bottlenecks.

Installation/Commissioning

ð WWTP, Panipat Refinery Project and Fixed Fire Fighting System
ð Attending and Ensuring the completion of Punch list given by clients.
