Ø Coordinate interface with Operations, certifying authority, client, job sharing personnel & sub contractor assuring conformity to project specifications.
Ø Performs field inspections of fitting, welding in accordance with project specifications and scope of work as noted within the Project Quality Plan/I.T.P
Ø Conducts internal audits to assess the effectiveness of Quality system outlined in Project Quality Plan/I.T.P
Ø Liaises with customer representatives ensuring product conformity & stage release for each activity denoted within the Project Quality Plan/I.T.P
Ø Performs PMI on exotic materials.
Ø Performs welding audit & welding consumable audit.
Ø Check hardness before & after PWHT
Ø Witness of PWHT (Post Weld Heat treatment).
