Electrical Engineer

Working as site Electrical Engineer for M/s SKANDA BUILDERS PVT LTD since July 2006. I am based on site and responsible for preparing material procurement schedule, drawing track schedules, manpower histogram and attend site works.

M/s SKANDA DEVELOPERS PVT LTD is a property development company operating in Bangalore, India since 1970. We are in to development of private villas, school buildings, industrial warehouses, apartment buildings (G+4 storied buildings etc. We undertake projects within the city of Bangalore, India for prestigious clients, HIMALAYA DRUGS, SYSTEM INTIGRATERS LTD, KARNATAKA JEWELS PVT LTD, ETC to name a few.

Personal Job Profile:

• Attend site kick off meeting with civil contractors.

• Prepare draft track schedules for material and drawing procurement.

• Coordinate with suppliers for obtaining material submittals.

• Discuss and follow Senior Electrical Engineers instructions while preparing man power histogram for the project..

• Coordinate with design draughts man for preparation of shop floor drawings and discuss with site supervisors for implementation of the designed works.

• Prepare daily man power requirements schedule/report and update progress to senior Electrical Engineer.

• Preparations of load schedules and coordinate with local authorities for approval.

• Attend site inspections with project consultants and take instructions (if any) to implement at site.

Bachelor Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering from Visveswaraiah Technological University, Passed out on year 2006 with percentage mentioned below,
