Electronic Assembly Services Logistics Manager FA Large Series BU 2004-2006:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate & support the logistical processes of the different projects products. Implement the products’ parts in B2 management system. Assure the right material flow avoiding losses. Co-ordinate and manage the logistics & procurement areas. Production planning, calculation and follow up by logistics department.
Manage the logistics, purchasing, storage groups. The logistics department had 26 employees.

VT Informatika Kft Logistics Manager 1998-2004
Duties & Responsibilities:
Integrate & Coordinate the development of issued offers for the customers according to the points of logistics and purchasing view. Review & Organize the customer documentation. Organize of price control & reduction meetings with the customers and the suppliers. Plan and create the supplier chain. Search for new sources. Select suppliers. Initiate new projects. Execute logistics and purchasing decisions of the new projects. Work out communication and information channels. Arrange telephone conference calls. Support new product implementation.
