Project Engineer

Seeking a challenging and creative position in a well-established organization where my interpersonal, communication and analyzing skills will be fully utilized and developed.

1- Assist Project Manager in coordination and administering the project from project planning, engineering, procurement through construction, start-up and hand-over.
2- Collaborates in developing and documenting the project scope, budget and overall schedule. Keep the Project Manager informed of the status of the project, highlighting deviation from plans.
3- Issuing -under guidance from Project Manager- the project scope and procedures manual.
4- Ensuring the organization of a competent project team.
5- Establishing clear project execution/cost control plans and project schedule, to be able to meet contractual requirements and identify/predict deviations.
6- Overseeing design and procurement activities and monitoring their progress.
7- Monitoring and controlling all contractual commitments.
8- Compiles, collects and assembles the material for management and client meetings as requested. Prepares agendas, makes necessary arrangements, drafts minutes and action lists.
9- Deputizes for the Project Manager during the latter’s absence or site visit.
10- Expediting client decision making related to project document approval in order to maintain project schedule requirements.
11- Issuing detailed periodic progress report to client..
12- Upon project completion, ensuring that company’s policies and procedure are implemented to facilitate smooth hand-over to client.
13- Acting as a liaison between the company and the client during performance guarantee period.
