• Liaising with 3rd party vendors and drive escalated/open matters to conclusion.
• Training librarians on all emerging ICTs, identifying automation equipment and training needs for library staff.
• Ensuring compliance to established procedures with regards to operational and application documentation.
• Evaluation and implementation of effective, applicable new technology and advising the library on all automation and ICT related issues.
• Maintaining and updating the library web pages and posting training material on the library wiki.
• Review and update of operational documentation.
