To give full support to the Production units regarding Materials availability, Forecasting etc.

Presently Working for SAIPEM Eni Group at Kazakhstan, Kashagan Caspian Operation as a Lead Materials Department for Offhore projects Responsible to optimum utilization of surplus materials from first available sources, Coordinating the materials between various projects, Controlling of MRs coming from sites, Balancing the budget cost Vs BoM, making inventory and listing old project returned materials, thoroughly checking of MRs from departments for in house availability, Working in ERP Environment with AMOS MRs converted to SAP PRs, Raising of PR in SAP, Releasing Issuing and other doing authorization steps in SAP, TR,PO verification, Services Entries, PO/DO preparation for services etc, and follow up of Purchase Orders and Receiving, dispatching to concerned barges, Materials Requirement planning as per work schedules. Maintaining of MSL for consumables, PPE and all equipments maintenance spare part etc. Fully capable to handle the stores department. Designed software for the internal stores usage. Implemented very effective Database for PO-PR Status.
2004-2005 - Worked in Dubai Dry docks, Dubai as Project Materials In cahrge in Main Stores, responsibilities handling on Projects and FPSO Conversion Materials. Carried out full responsibilities of Materials for 2 FPSO Conversion Projects of Saipem vessels.
1988 – 2003: 10 years Working Experience onboard Indian Naval Ships, Responsibilities carried out in Equipment Maintenance , while at sea /shore. Uses INAMS online software system for creation of Job orders as per PPM and CBMs. Undertakes the HATs & SATs. Have through knowledge in Marine Material Management. i.e. Storage, Procurement, Issues, Accounting, PNC conducting and many more.
05 years working experience in Warehousing at Ship Building Centre, Visakhapatnam, India for Submarine Construction as a Warehouse EDP-in-Charge. Responsibilities carried out in Inventory Controlling, Preparing of Components as per BoM and spares of each component, Maintenance schedule, preparation of Material Master, Service Master, Vendor Master for the ERP system, Stock Transactions, Up keeping and allocating of new storage locations for new materials, coding system, FSN,VED analysis, ABC categorization, FIFO,LIFO follow-ups, Shelf life, Record of Warranties, Records of Scrap. Handled 32000 lines on form on online ERP system.
