Experienced Drilling professional with 29+ years in drilling operations. Currently working as Drilling Supervisor.

Supervise all activities at rig site and ensure that drilling operation were conducted safely and as effectively in accordance to the Company’s program. Advise Company for suggestion to improve drilling operation’s performance, capable for taking quick and proper necessary remedial actions. Supervision of drilling operations at site. Drilling report & liaise with drilling superintendent. Monitor daily contractor’s performance as per plan. Ensure work is carried out following standard oil field practices in minimum time. Handing over drilled well & well site as per industry practice. Optimization of parameters & responsible for reduction of NPT. Work out requirements for services/material in advance to avoid time lossed. Ensuring well site is prepared as per rig requirements. Preparing generation of various reports.

Ensuring safe work environment & practices. Safety of personnel & equipment on rig site. Maintaining environment protection. Ensure contractors & third party personnel comply with company safety policies. Ensure all permit to work systems & JSAs are performed as per requirement. Conduct daily HSE tours of the rig & identify unsafe acts, conditions & behavior. Conduct safety meetings, Incident investigations & reporting.
