Activities:
Inspect, audit and monitor the place of work on a continuous basis ensuring that adequate procedures, safe working practices, authorization system or permit to work systems are being carried out properly.
Carrying out risk assessment as required.
Participated HSE planning of new projects.
Developed “ Defensive Driving Booklet”
Participated in development of “near miss booklet ".
Develop HSSE / SP Plan.
Revise / Update HSE MS & all HSE Documents as required.
Develop HSE Audit / Inspection plans.
Formulation of audit and inspection programmes and tracking of them.
Carry out HSE audit and inspection as per annual plan.
Develop HSE Emergency / Drills plans .
Develop HSE Training plans .
Conduct HSE In- House training for staff as per plan .
Conduct training sessions for public & students in Fayum city schools
Conduct Audits / Inspections as per annual plan .
Ensure HSE coverage for all company & contractor activities .
Preparation of documents for OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001:2004 certificates .
Manage all HSE reporting ( monthly , Quarterly , Annually ) .for local & external purposes .
Maintain HSE performance data and advise management periodically.
Report on a regular basis to management a progress of implementation of action items ( Audits , Inspections , HSE plan , Drills ) .
Maintain HSE awareness campaigns for all staff ( HSE meetings , Toolbox talks , HSE flash , HSE competition , etc…).
Monitor & ensure implementation of the company’s HSE Management System (HSE MS) and HSE procedures
Carry out periodical inspections on all Company’s fire & safety equipment at sites.
Maintain liaison with local governmental emergency response authorities and other related agencies & interested parties, and ensure legal & other requirements are met.
Investigate incidents & near misses and provide recommendations for corrective & preventive measures.
Identify hazards & aspects related to the company’s activities at sites, assess associated risks, and implement established programs to manage these risks.
Acting as a management representative for ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 1400:2004
