Achievements & Responsibilities:
1.2005/06: New model surface treatment development. Bicycle parts buffing, painting and anodizing process. Production of 50 k sets / month.
2.Dealing with subcontractors and vendors.
3.Troubleshoot of zinc and steel plating line. Capable of design plating bath & setting up plating line.
4.Process control of anodizing line for aluminium part surface treatment.
5.Good in surface treatment process for aluminium, zinc and steel parts like buffing, tumbling, high finishing, shot blasting, zinc & steel plating and anodizing.
6.Surface treatment study for cycle time, process bottled-neck and cost reduction.
7.Aluminium Casting & forging process development
8.Green Belt in Six Sigma

My main responsibilities are trouble shoots and doing testing of aluminum, plastic and zinc surface treatment such as metal and plastic plating, painting, and anodizing, mechanical treatment as buffing, tumbling and shot blasting. I have more than 2 years experience of surface treatment process and have good knowledge about painting and plating process. I have appointed as junior specialist of surface treatment since early 2007.

I have extensive experience in developing suitable treatment process for new model of Shimano’s parts to make sure meet surface appearance requirements as well as the quality standard. I’m capable of setting up electrochemical plating bath and painting process such as chemical ratio and concentration. Since treatment process doing by vendor / sub contractor, I’m good in dealing with vendors to meet job’s schedule and planning.

I have received various types of training such as hands on chemical plating testing, buffing and painting, quality control training like Cass test and artificial sweat test. I’d also received six sigma training and currently holding a green belt position and capable of doing project for cost reduction and low quality improvement.

I have gained experience and have demonstrated competence in my job and task given. I have demonstrated excellent communication skills across disciplines as well as vertically within the project team.
