FromAug’99 to till date:
Designation: Senior Process Operator
Location: Hydrocracker unit, Numaligarh Refinery Limited.
Responsibility:
1. Individual area supervisor in own plant.
2. Check and record the proper functioning of various equipments and process conditions in own plant.
3. Check the presence and proper condition of all safety and fire equipments in own area.
4. Assist the concerned people in the preparation for maintenance of assigned equipment in field as per permit issued.
5. Managing man power and giving necessary guidelines to workmen to get the perfection of work.
6. Preparing the Daily supervision Report and reporting same to the operation Head.
7. Purging and steaming of vessels, columns, stripers during RTA and shut down period to ensure safe man entry.
From Feb ’99 to Aug’99:
Designation : Project Commissioning Operator, Process
Location: Hydrocracker unit (HCU), Numaligarh Refinery Limited.
Responsibility:
1. Proper and safe commissioning of Hydrocracker unit within the stipulated time.
2. Supervise and selection of process loops for flushing, cardboard blasting with air & then leak testing under air pressure.
3. Supervise for proper loading of catalysts like ICR 144ZF, ICR 106L, ICR 114L in high pressure reactors.
4. Dry out of natural and balanced draft furnaces and chemical cleaning of compressor loops,
5. Test run of high pressure compressors, pumps and submit the performance report of the equipment to the Project Head.
6. Loop tracing as per P&ID after mechanical hand over of the unit.
From Oct’98 to Jan’99:
Designation: Project Commissioning Operator, Process
Location: Hydrogen unit, Numaligarh Refinery Limited.
Responsibility:
1. Proper and safe commissioning of Hydrogen unit within the stipulated time.
2. Selection of process loop for flushing, cardboard blasting with air and then leak test in air pressure.
3. Supervise for proper loading of adsorbents in PSA and catalysts in reformer.

From Dec’95 to Sept’98:
Designation: Field Supervisor
Location: Niccon Engineering, Numaligarh refinery Ltd.
Responsibility:
1. Manage manpower for refinery project jobs and provide them PPE and safety guide.
2. Supervise the assigned jobs for safe and satisfactory completion.

Passed HSSLC from Namrup Higher Secondary School under Assam Higher Secondary Educational Council(AHSEC) in 1991.
2. Graduate level:
B.Sc. in Chemistry (major) with Physics and Mathematics from Jorhat Science College under Dibrugarh University, Assam in 1995.
