Experience
• Bachelors in Petroleum & gas Engineering .

job is to overseeing the technical aspects of drilling of all wells including production
wells and injection wells.
• Strong network capibility and desiring to seek the best solution and practices.
• Determining whether technical parameters of the drilling program performed are in accordance with the drilling contract.
• Approve the daily log sheet of the contractor .Confirm the factual records of contractor’s activities.
• Making recommendations on alternative methods of equipment when unusual situations are encountered and coordinate timely deliveries of company and service company materials and equipment to the well as required.
• Monitor the daily drilling operations and provide technical and engineering support to drilling operation.
• Evaluate new drilling equipment to increase drilling efficiency.
• Involvement of work over activities.
• Report and cost control of drilling related activities.
• Prepare drilling programmes and procedures for drilling operations.
• Supervise contractor services in improving job quality concerned with mud engineering, fishing and casing cementing operations at rig site .
• Ensure availability of required drilling equipment.
• Verify invoices and negotiate with contractor in case of any dispute.
• Keep trackof performance targets of each well.
• Finalize daily drilling/ work over operations report.
• Completion and well head installation projects.

estimation along with capturing lessons learned , best practices for sharing with
other members of the drilling & well operations community and inclusion into future
programs.
• Keeping abreast of emerging new technologies and bringing them forth for
