I got sufficient knowledge in the field of chemical engineering as well as verity of experience in oil refining by using high-tech engineering practices with Pakistan Refinery Limited having capacity 50000 bbl/day.

I have been working as a ˇ§SENIOR OPERATIONS ENGINEERˇ¨ in Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL), starting my carrier with this organization in 1996. With the present capacity I am leading a team of Shift coordinators (engineers) working in shifts to operate all units of this DCS & APC controlled fuel refinery.

Graduation in Chemical Engineering from NED University of Engineering & Technology Karachi in 1995.

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES IN PRL:

• Enforce safety practices and regulation in plant operation.
• Participate in HSE audits of process, plant and utility area as a member of HSE audit team.
• Impart training to shift engineers, trainee engineers and plant operatives on operation of equipments such as compressors, pumps, turbines, furnaces etc, MSDS, HCDS, Emergency plan, Standing Instruction, SOPs etc.
• Responsible for maintaining overall House Keeping in the area.
• Participate as a member in HSE management committee meetings.
• Work order preparation & control of maintenance activities under Permit to Work System.
