Batelco Jordan:
Batelco Jordan is the second largest telecom company in Jordan.
The objective of this assignment was to perform internal audit function which included evaluation and testing of existing internal control systems, performing substantive tests of transactions and balances (documentary testing and analytical procedures) and conducting the necessary operational audit procedures.
Yemen Company for Mobile Telephony (SabaFon) – Yemen.
SabaFon is the largest GSM Company in Yemen. This assignment lasted for six months during which I was responsible for supervising the finance and accounting which consisted of 10 employees. My job was to review and prepare the accounts for the year 2002 and to participate in preparing financial and operating policies and procedures.
Valuation assignments:
I helped in performing valuation assignments for large and well-recognized companies in Jordan and the Middle East.
Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA)
The principal objective of this assignment was to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the credit and collection policies, records, systems and practices.
