Job Description
« Tracking & controlling material movements for coordinating with tenants and agents.
« Responsible for inventory management in the warehouse and yard
« Preparing monthly reports pertaining to inventory levels & status.
« Handling of rig materials for the oil well until completion of the project.
« Co-ordination & supervising with oilfields/airlines as well as shipping lines for shipments in transit for offshore projects.
« Co-ordination between Supply Base/Offshore installations/Contractors as well as Suppliers for material movements.
« Responsible for preparing documentation/arranging cargo discharging and loading on/off Supply Vessels.
« Customs documentation of the inventory import/export.
« Liaison with foreign customs especially Iranian Customs for inward/outward shipments
