Over Twelve(12) years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry performing lead responsibilities in Project Execution, Construction Engineering and support co-ordination, Pre-commissioning, Off-shore Hookup operations, Subcontracting & Project Management of offshore construction mega projects comprising of fixed offshore oil and gas platforms such as wellhead platforms, production and process platforms, various facility related modules, SPAR – Hull, control buoys & bridges, in the Middle East and India regions at various levels of responsibility.

Responsible for taking the Project through various phases of detail engineering, Construction support engineering, procurement and expediting, fabrication, load out, transportation and offshore installation along with hook-up activities. While guiding the Project under approved Project plan and keeping the quality, cost and completion dates in focus, carry out required co-ordination with various in-house and external support groups in order to complete the Project within Contract standards and specifications.

Reporting to Project Manager, my prime job responsibilities are as follows:
• Plan and finalise drawings from IFA to IFC and AFC stages with client. Plan and run through constructability reviews and site query management.
• Provide technical support to functional groups on Engineering clarifications and support
• Review and timely submission of major Project deliverables related to fabrication, QA/QC, Safety and Offshore and seek timely approvals from QP.
• Ensure timely release of material requisitions / RFQs.
• Co-ordination with Subcontractors on technical issues and to expedite submittal of deliverables to client.
• Co-ordination with in-house Marine installation and client, during major installation and hookup campaigns for the project.
• Timely evaluation of changes for fabrication and offshore work and discussions with client to achieve through procedural closure.
• Coordinate for timely completion of punchlist items before the sail away.
• Conduct progress review meetings related to onshore fabrication and offshore installation scope of work in order to ensure strict adherence to the Project schedule and timely resolution of outstanding issues.
• Monitor procurement activities and Visit Vendors for Pre inspection meeting, expediting & valves/equipment testing witness.
