Electrical Engineer: Since September 2004, I’m working in PIL as an Electrical Engineer. I worked on proposals ( KAUTHER Gas Plant, HARWEEL Development Phase II, PEARL SHELL GTL) out of which two are now running projects in the company. I was also involved in issuing Enquiries , Technical Bid Evaluations , System Studies, Negotiations with Vendors, discussions with Client, Site Visits, Flaw mitigations, Witness inspections for major items ( 15 MVA transformers for Example) etc.. I’m responsible for the compressor packages for HARWEEL Project ( 2 nos. Injection Compressors 11MW each, SOG +1st Stage Compressor 8.8MW and 2nd +3rd stage compressor 5.6MW), 11KV switchgear, Unit transformers, the Outside battery limit area (Marmul Oil Booster pump Station, 31 Production and Injection Wellheads and Manifolds and 132KV & 33KV Overhead line Distribution) and Solar system as well as all system studies review.

Masters internship: Modeling of capacitavely graded bushing for calculation of fast transient over-voltages

January 2003 ESIB, Beirut
Academic project: Heating and Air-conditioning for a Villa at AMAN (JORDAN): Detailed study of the heating installation and air-conditioning as well as the installation of solar panels with a detailed economic survey.

July - August 2002 CCC / Consolidated Contractors Company, Abu Dhabi Internship for two months at OGD (Onshore Gas Development) :
This training took place in a gas refinery where I worked as an on site engineer and I was in charge of a team of six technicians. In addition to knowledge on the technical level with regard to the sub-stations, the "commissioning" of the cables high voltage and the "Cathodic protection of the Structures", I learned how to manage human resources. CCC is a company equipped with a well developed internal circuit of communications which gave me a chance to enhance my communication skills.
