• Vertical and Horizontal separators, Filter separators, Indirect fired bath type heaters, Heater treaters, Gas dehydration & Glycol regeneration systems, Oil storage tanks, Firewater systems, etc. for Oil and Gas industry
• Paper Pulp digesters, Multiple effect evaporation systems, Blow heat recovery system, Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, Condensers etc. for pulp and paper industry.

• Project management, Management of Change, Change Proposals, Interfacing with Client, Reporting, Preparation of Gantt charts, PERT/CPM charts.
• Material and cost estimation of Skid mounted packages, Turnkey projects, EPIC projects and Services.
• Preparation of Pre-qualification documents, Technical Proposals and Commercial Proposals for EPIC Tenders.
• Involving in technical discussions and purchase order processing of various bought-out items/systems.

OVERSEAS EXPERIENCE:
CANADA:

I had been to Black, Sivalls & Bryson’s (BS&B) Canada office for a period of about one year. My Job involved Equipment sizing, basic mechanical design, Cost estimation, Preparation of Technical and Commercial offers etc. for Skid mounted equipment such as Separators, Filter separators, FWKO drums, Heaters, Treaters and Gas dehydration & Glycol regeneration units etc. for Oil and Gas industry.

Also developed basic sizing calculations spreadsheets for: Separators, Gas dehydration & glycol regeneration systems, Indirect bath type heaters, Filter separators etc. and Costing of materials and man-hours. These spreadsheets are developed based on the BS&B’s design manual and Industry related standards and publications.

INDONESIA:

I had been to M/s. Pertamina, Indonesia for 15 days for Commissioning & Startup assistance of Oil emulsion Heater treaters and successfully completed the job.

NIGERIA:

In September 2002, I joined in Sudelettra Nigeria Limited, Port Harcourt, Nigeria as Assistant Manager (Mechanical).

Since, November 2004, I am working as Project manager for the Q.I.T Firewater System Upgrade Project of Exxon Mobil which is expected to be completed by December 2007.
