Responsible in the day-to-day operation of Gas plant, Sulphur plant, Power and Utility plant, Storage plant and loading terminal.

•Supervise team of operators in the operation and handling of the Gas/Liquid inlets separation and stabilizer units, Gas sweetening system, Gas dehydration system (T.E.G. and Packed bed Dehydrators), Low Temperature rectifiers, Cryogenic exchangers and De-Ethanizer, Gas Compressors, turbo Expanders plant, Gas liquefaction and Fractionation units, Gas fired hot oil heaters, coolers and condensers and Start-up/shutdown of two 25 MW John Brown (Frame 5)–gas fired turbine generators.
•Oversee SRU (Sulphur Recovery Unit “CLAUS”) production and operations.
•Undertake continual review and implementation of operating strategies and routines to ensure the technical integrity of the Plant production.
•Identify operational improvements to ensure continued product recovery.
•Liaise with the technical & maintenance group and provide feedback as required.
•Shutdown/start-up coordinator.
•Enforcement of the Safe Work Permits, Log-out /Tag-out (LO/TO) and CSE procedures.
•Conduct toolbox and safety meetings.
•Provide initial response to any natural gas breakdown emergency and ascertain further course of action to rectify impending situation.
•Mentoring to trainees and students as part of the government’s nationalization program.

• Coordinates operation with loading terminal on loading/Offloading activities.
• In–charge in LPG batching and blending facility.
• In–charge of day storage Product rundown testing.
• Ensure product rundown are on–spec and perform corrections when necessary.
• Commissioning/Decommissioning, start-up/ shutdown of plant.
• Enforcement of the Safe Work Permits and procedures.
