Working as Administrative assistant to General Manager of Logistics, National Postal Organization, Customs and AGT & Trucks since 01/10/2005 till present in addition to Administrative assistant to General Manager of the sister Company El Masria for Shipping and Clearance:

• Taking the full responsibility of receiving any mails related to General Manager.
• Manage meeting arrangements and schedules
• Ensure the required Reports are submitted in time frames
• Create an effective filling system to General Manager
• Provide sufficient level of support to all managers(Cage , Customs, Airport and NPO)
• Reports to General Manager all departments¡¦ results and review the tactical plans and follow up on matching the results with company master plan.
• Receiving all calls related to General Manager
• Ensures compliance with communication of applicable company policies and operating procedures.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
• Interfaces with other departments to assist in the development of action plans to improve overall service.
• Ability to effectively present information to management
