1. Qatar Fertiliser Co. (S.A.Q.), Qatar Feb. ¡¥94 to date:

Position: Senior mechanical engineer (Projects)

Involved in major projects including the followings:
- Revamp of H2S removal system in Ammonia plant
- Refurbishment/inspection of Ammonia tank (27000 MT capacity - total project cost QAR 16 million).
- Replacement of critical equipment like urea autoclave, ammonia compressors, urea prilling unit, high pressure heat exchangers/vessels
- Replacement of H.P. Ammonia piping (4000 psig), underground natural gas line, 68" cooling water lines and structure
- Demolition of 2 nos. Ammonia storage tanks (Total weight 2000 MT) with jacking system

2. Carlo Gavazzi Yam Co. Ltd. Feb. ¡¥93 to Jan.¡¦94:

Worked as mechanical engineer on the following projects:
- Air extraction piping for gas turbine generators no. 3 & 4 at Jeddah refinery
- Asphalt production facilities at Jeddah refinery (Saudi Aramco)
- Installation of surge arrestors on premium gasoline pumps at north Jeddah bulk plant

3. Humphreys & Glasgow Consultants pvt. Ltd.: May ¡¥91 to Feb. ¡¥93:

Worked as project engineer for following grass root plants:

- Reactive dyes plant, Church gate group, Nigeria
- Nitrobenzene/Aniline plant of M/s. Hindustan Nitro products.
- Cyanuric chloride plant of M/s. Cyanides & Chemicals Co.
- Reliance Industries Ltd, utilities & offsite for petrochemical complex



From Sep. ¡¥89 to April ¡¥91:
Worked as lead piping engineer on capacity expansion project of Citric acid plant for M/s. Citurgia biochemicals and carried out following activities:

4. Simon Carves India Ltd. From Sep. ¡¥86 to July ¡¥89:

Worked as piping engineer on various grass root chemical/petrochemical projects as follows:
- Propylene recovery unit - Madras Refineries Ltd.
- One step MIBK unit - Nocil
