Candidate is a very experienced regional instructor in the Oil Production & Gas Processing industry. He has more than 26 years of experience. He started his career in training with MTI (Malaysia) in 1979 where he received his formal training from University of Southern California in Technical and Vocational Instructorship. He has also attended training in oil and gas production from other companies such as Oil and Gas Consultants Inc. (OGCI), Energy Services International (ESI), Honeywell - Office Automation College and also International Human Resources & Development Corporation (IHRDC).

This candidate has had a “hand on” experience as a Senior Production Specialist for over 10 years with a major Oil and Gas production company ~ Esso Production (M) Inc., where he has performed the duties of field production, in addition to line training of new operators. Then he became the Senior Surface Operations Trainer with Brunei Shell Petroleum Co. involving in training production personnel and also young operations EITs (Operation Engineer in Training) in all practical training and classroom sessions. Currently, candidate is one of the Training’s Focal Points for the new Sudanization Project and is responsible for all the necessary trainings within this project scope.
