Job responsibilities


• Interpretation of Drawings & Planning of construction Activities.
• To assist the Construction Manager in day to day activities.
• Coordination with plant department for the deployment of the construction equipment.
• Monitor the day to day progress.
• Monitoring and maintaining the speed of work as per agreement.
• Maintaining quality concepts and company’s interests in execution.

• Preparation of Form works details for the carpentry works
• Arranging materials for Form works
• Form works and reinforcement works and concrete works for foundation, column, beam , shear wall, core wall, retaining wall, staircase , slab, ramp, manhole and swimming pool.
• Preparation of rebar for reinforcement works.
• Water proofing works for gutter all around the Tower
• Erection of pre-cast wall and coping slab for elevation works
• Co-ordination with Sub-Contractors for Gypsum board partition works for hotel rooms
• Laying works of marble and granite and tiles.


• Preparation of all rebar for reinforcement in steel yard
• Reinforcement works up to last slab level (Raft, Retaining wall, Shear wall, Core wall, Column, Beam, Slab, and water tank)
• Form works for shear wall, column, slab, core wall , and water tank.
