Design, Erection,Testing,Commissioning,Trouble shooting of control instrument. using DCS,SCADA & PLC.

„X Study and Understand the design drawings and specification for the proper quantity take-off as per client standards.
„X Prepare technical submittals as per client requirements.
„X Supervise and implement the work in accordance with the plans and specifications and within ideal workmanship.
„X Plan & distribute according to the construction schedule and progress of work.
„X Prepare the DCS interface list and Input/Output list for client requirement
„X Design, Erection ,Testing, Commissioning and Trouble shooting of control instruments like Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level Transmitters and switches, Recorders, Analytical instruments, vibration detector instruments, Electrical & Pneumatic control valves etc., Trouble shooting & Remote commissioning of instruments through PLC and DCS.
„X Calibration, Commissioning and Trouble Shooting of control valves, ON/OFF valve, Motor Operated valves, Pneumatic Power Cylinders and Dampers etc.
„X Overall Electrical and Instrumentation Testing, Commissioning activities.
„X Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Thermocouples & RTD
„X Interlock checking for Boiler Side and Turbine Side System Controlled Instruments.
„X Troubleshooting and Commissioning for the Control Desk Indicators, Annunciation Panels.
„X Calibration and Commissioning for the High Pressure oil operated control valves and ON/OFF valves
„X Troubleshooting and Commissioning of Turbine Governing Panel.
„X Erection, Commissioning of Vibration Probes and Velometers for Bently Nevada 3300 & 3500 series and overall loop checking activities.
„X Prepare and send inquiries for material pricing per approved list of local and international manufacturers/suppliers. Internal Inspection, Handling inquiries.
