Supervising & coordinating the process activities, including the following units:
• Atmospheric crude distillation
• Hydrotreating unit for different intermediate products including; Light distillate, naphtha, kerosene and LGO)
• Catalytic reforming of naphtha CCR (UOP process)
• LPG recovery
• Gas sweetening (Amine absorption process)
• Isomerisation, RFCC, sulfur recovery (Clous process) and utilities.
• All finished / blended product were exported through terminals as well as Jete under highly DCS controlling system.
1995 – 2002 Oil Refining Supervisor
Azzawia Oil Refining Co - Libya. 120,000 bbl/d
• Supervising and controlling day-to-day operation, start up / shut down and troubleshooting activities, including:
• Atmospheric distillation unit of Crude oil.
• Vacuum distillation of Reduced crude oil
• All the down stream product treatment /up grading units, U & O site.

Supervised down stream products treatment units, including LPG recovery plant, Gas sweetening and sulfur recovery units, U & O. all operations were monitored & controlled by highly advanced DCS system.
