Professional Experience

From 01/10/04 & currently
Working as an office manager and executive assistant to the Vice Presidnet and General Manager at Contrack International Ltd., one of Orascom Group of Companies – Specialized in Facility Management – and responsible for the Facility Managerment of Nile City Towers, Smart Villages, HSBC Bank amongst many other projects, my duties are breifly:-
- Preparing monthly reports for the client in coordination with respective departments.
- Coordinating between different deptartments and organizing regular/irregular tasks.
- Maintaining filing system.
- Compiling data for different purposes.
- Responsible for minor PR issues with clients/tenants.
- Preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings and generating minutes.
- Coordinating/preparing service offers for clients and following up on them.
- Arranging VP/GM daily schedules.
- Preparing presentations.
- Purchasing stationaries, office supplies and furniture.
- Participating in preparing letters of intent and contracts.
- Preparing prequalification documents for the company for bids in new potential businesses.

From 01/02/04 To 30/04/04
Worked as an Executive Assistant at Arab Cinema Production and Distribtion Company where my responsiblities were breifly as follows:-
- Preparing official letters and internal memos.
- Updating cinemas revenues on a data base system on daily basis.
- Arranging GM daily schedule and standing in during his absence.
- Prparing weekly cinema program and coordinating its schdeule with film distributers and movie theaters.

From 08/05/1999 To 30/9/2003
Worked as an Administrative Assistant and Coordinator at Investia Venture Capital Company one of Investia Holding Company, working at the field of financial investments, financial services and stock markets, where my responsibilities were briefly as follows:-
- Typing letters, memos and reports.
- Maintaining daily appointment schedules.
- Handling Corresondance.
- Logging daily reports of outgoing and incoming correspondence.
- Maintaining filing system.
- Coordinaing with workgroups to meet dead lines of different tasks.
- Compiling data from the internet for research work.

Worked as a public relation specialist at the radio and television union (where I was being trained to become an Arabic newsreader, which also developed my Arabic language).
