Presently Working as Senior Manager in Gas Cracker Plant (Ethylene Plant), IPCL, Gandhar licensed by Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation (USA) having capacity of 4,00,000 MTA of Ethylene managing day to day operation to achieve targeted production smoothly & safely ensuring product quality.
• Trouble shooting / technical support to plant operation, coordinating with other agencies viz. maintenance, utility, material and product dispatch dept.
• Managing Shutdown activities like scheduling i.e. preparation of bar chart, monitoring and executing the jobs as per schedule, monitoring material balance and plant constraints, feedstock quality and opportunity losses of plant operations, utilizing plant optimization tool to determine the most favorable feed stock or feedstock combination and the optimum plant operation conditions.
