Control engineer at Zeit Bay field in red sea (Gas and Oil Plants)

- Troubleshooting for control systems of RUSTON TB5000, and SOLAR PLC-5
Including all related instrument equipment.
- Supervise the routine preventive, repair and break down maintenance activities for Instrument and electrical equipment concerning plant packages, gas turbines,Compressors, and generators.
- Planning for required major overhauling for instrument and electrical equipment of any package in the plant.
- Assistance in the study and issue the modification request required for any system in the plant.
- Co-ordinate with other departments to carry out any major jobs that need their co-operation.
- Follow up the materials stock, and forecast the required quantities to avoid
Production interruption.
- Prepare all the requisitions concerning spare parts, tools, and test equipment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Prepare the adequate training courses for technicians.
- Keep hand tools, and electronic test equipment in very good condition.
- Strictly apply safety, loss control, and environment regulations.
- Evaluate manpower, maintenance equipment, and tools compared with work load.
