Job Description :

Monitoring and overseeing the day to day administrative, budgetary and financial functions.

Ensure prompt and accurate financial tracking, record keeping and reporting for all activities.

Prepare budget for projects, oversee budget control process and analyze between budget and actual expenditures.

Develop effective project, monitoring mechanisms and support documentation for project disbursement.

Undertake quality control checks on the monthly accounts, ensure that debtor/creditor accounts are cleared in a timely manner and review all other outstanding financial matters with banks and suppliers.

Maintain appropriate internal controls to safeguard the organization’s assets, control cash and prevent fraud.

Report a summarized version of financial reports with analyst.

Provide mentoring to business units on budgets planning and financial procedures.

Prepare quarterly financial presentation of business units.

Monitoring business units financial status based on financial reports and analysis.

Providing tax advice for business projects.

Management of tax audits, objections and appeals processes.

Participation in industry lobby initiatives.

Monitoring inventory activities.

The report on the analysis of finance was made be reported to the President Director or the Vice President the Director as the monthly and annual report.
