Duties and Responsibility
- Prepare Project Specific QA/QC Plan (Approved from OBI)
- Prepare Inspection and Testing Plan
- Prepare Method Statement
- Carrying out Internal Audit
- Raise the non-Conformance Report using CTI system
- Review contract shop drawing & specifications with production forces prior to commencement of any work phase.
- Prepare preparatory & initial inspection meeting for all major activities.
- Coordinate civil work with other disciplines
- Prepare the As-build and handing over Document
- liaise with the Client when required to carry out inspection and obtain approval as per ITP for relevant activity
- Postpone concreting operations until outstanding requirements are corrected
