Calculation of Heat Load, Selection of equipments - Chillers, AHUs, Pump Sets, Dehumidifier, etc.
Plan and execute feasibility and economic trade studies to determine the optimal plant configuration to meet customer's capital cost, reliability/maintainability and performance needs.
Planning of procurement to ensure cost optimization and timely utilization.
Negotiating with the vendors, sub-contractors.
Testing of HVAC equipments- like Chillers, Heat exchangers, AHUs, BMS Systems, etc for performance / efficiency (Post Manufacturing)
Preparation of test reports and preparing an analysis for comparison of the as-is condition with the agreed norms.
Preparation of Design Qualification(DQ), Installation Qualification(IQ), Operational Qualification(OQ), Performance Qualification(PQ) reports, as per WHO / UGMP / USFDA.
Single line diagram of ducting layout, pipe layout and equipment placement, pressure zoning, airflow diagram.
