Duties & Responsibilities

„X Implementing & monitoring the compliance of HSE management systems, HSE plans & procedures.„X Carryout HSE audits & Inspections as per Contractor HSE monitoring Plan during construction and operational phases.
„X Carryout site visits and provide proactive advice & guidance on all matters pertaining to Health, Safety and Environmental protection.
Ensure HSE management systems are maintained and its effectiveness through HSE audits & Inspections.
„X Deliver environmental commitments and provide assurance of ongoing environmental performance.
„X Monitoring and evaluating the proactive and reactive performance indicators.
„X Ensure the application of Hazards & Effects Management Process (HEMP) tools and techniques on all activities of the contractors.
„X Evaluating & monitoring the effectiveness of emergency mock drills on relevant emergency situation as per HSE monitoring plan.
„X Carryout incident investigations and prepare reports with proposals for remedial actions and analyzing all kinds of incidents by using Tripod-Beta tool.
„X Disseminating all incidents, near misses and industry expertise to all contractors.
„X Review all HSE related documentation, including method statement, work permit procedures, to ensure compliance with established standards.
„X Attend progress meeting to keep update on the current and future plans for the project and to advice the project management on all HSE issues.
„X Record and remedy deficiencies or breaches identified during inspection to ensure safe work practices and that full and accurate records are maintained for compliance assessment and analysis.
