-Engineering for the plant modernization ($58 million). Including the replacement of two waste handling cranes, the demineralizer system, the installation of a preheating primary air system, the four boilers retrofit and the optimization of combustion to reduce the CO emission under 57 mg/m³, the addition of a feed water pump-turbine, the expansion of the plant, a new flying ash handling system and a new storage and distribution system for caustic and sulfuric acid, the pipe stress analysis for the actual and the new steam superheated systems.
-The construction management for all the items listed above.
-The preliminary engineering of the plant modernization including the technical feasibility and cost estimations.
PARTICULE BOARD Plant: Lac-Mégantic, Canada, Tafisa inc.
-Engineering for the rewood project ($10 million). Including the mechanical layout, the civil, structural and electrical engineering coordination.
PULP AND PAPERS; Québec, Canada, Papiers Stadacona inc.
-Engineering for a new storage and distribution sulfuric acid system ($1 million). Including detailed design of the sulfuric acid system, including tanks and pumping systems
OSB Plant: Maniwaki, Canada, Louisiana-Pacific.
-Engineering for the MDI process application ($4 million). Including the development of the new system, process engineering, detail design of the liquid resin system, including tanks, pumping systems and coordination for civil, structure, electrical and instrumentation engineering.
