Reporting to the Company Directors. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company projects.
Duties Include: Business development, sourcing new clients,
• Management of database for the entire project Activities
• Maintaining record of personnel working on projects.
• Recruitment and supervision of approximately 150 personnel
• Negotiation of Personnel salary with clients
• Tracking of personnel’s mobilization/demobilization.
• Selection, control of and negotiation with subcontractor in areas such as Nigeria and USA.
• Setting up new contracts, post award meetings and progress review meetings with clients
• Co ordinate and management of project document.
• Provides necessary assistance in the formulation and execution of the company’s current and long range strategies, objectives and operating plans.
• Supports project planning, development and implementation efforts to ensure the effective, timely and within budget execution of the various approved oilfield programs
• Conducts technical research, assemblies and analyses fairly complex data and other background materials.
• Preparation of prequalification, technical, and commercial bids documents.
• Performs various forms of business, financial and technical analysis, compile reports providing information to the managing director and other key executives
• Ensuring Compliance and implementing the local content drive by the Nigerian Government

Trainee Geologist
• Monitoring of geophysical activities in the Eastern part of Niger Delta.
• Monitored drilling of exploration wells in the East; this was done by under taking regular field trips to the operating rigs in the zone through the operators.
• Monitored drilling of appraisal and development wells to ensure strict compliance to the approved drilling program and also to ensure that the DPR procedures and guidelines are adhered to.
• Undertook a field trip to ADRIATIC-1 rig which was drilling Amenam Kpono Field OML99/70 operated by Elf Petroleum, to monitor the drilling operations in AMKP1-14 wells and also initial Completion of the wells.
• Participated in the granting of approval in respect of well abandonment side tracking.
• Preparation of daily weekly and monthly report and transmit same report to DPR Lagos
