Total in charge of the project . Reporting to project manager. Having 3 junior management staff down the line 15 equipment operators, 10 junior staff, 2 data entry operators under direct control.
Coordinate with planning for the schedule of the work in progress so as to plan and identify the items, move to the designated places by logistic crew, maintaining accounts for such project materials ISO drawing wise to have control to avoid reissue.
Coordinate with the qc inspectors and procurement for the all incoming materials.
Fixing minimum, maximum, reorder levels for the general consumables and monitoring the ordering, receipt and issues. Monitoring the equipment spares, conducting periodical ISO audit, and perpetual inventory audit, and take necessary corrective actions. Coordinate with procurement for surplus engineering materials for auction. Annual reconciliation will be done for client supplied materials.
Any urgent requisition from the field on emergency, will be verified for its specification, finding out the source, getting quotation, making comparative statement, getting financial approval, ordering and follow up until it reaches the site. Conducting meeting on safety on handling materials, and discuss any matters related to stores & material with the staff and workers under me and resolving the same.
