Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (I) & Staff Development Trainer for twenty-four years, developing, delivering , managing, coaching & career counselor on-job, lab and classroom training and certification in human resources courses to the company’s entry-level and professional staff, in preparation for their responsibilities as Trainers, Mentors and Evaluators of the company’s developing employees, Trainer for various technical & none technical courses and as Facilities Management Engineer for five years, responsible for project management of all engineering systems in a major company training facility.
