Professional Experience –Saudi Aramco -July, 1978 to Present- Summary:

Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (I) & Staff Development Trainer for twenty-four years, developing, delivering , managing, coaching & career counselor on-job, lab and classroom training and certification in human resources courses to the company’s entry-level and professional staff, in preparation for their responsibilities as Trainers, Mentors and Evaluators of the company’s developing employees, Trainer for various technical & none technical courses and as Facilities Management Engineer for five years, responsible for project management of all engineering systems in a major company training facility.

Employment History:
Present: Program Dev. & Evaluation Analyst I:
• Conducted researches on learning theories, Human Development, Organizational Learning, and Training Assessment Methods.
• Conducted Job & Needs Analysis Studies on T&CD Programs to identify needs and goals.

• Participates in the development of competency framework covering all business areas in the organization, which includes identification and definition of core competencies, functional and technical competencies at different levels and mapping them at clearly defined performance levels. This is in coordination with Training function.
• Participates in the Implementation of the current professional ladder system across the organization aligned to the HR objectives and Business strategy and coordinates with all parties involved to enhance / develop the current system by conducting training courses.
• Develop Saudi Nationals for future roles in implementing professional ladders and competency mapping by conducting supervisor briefing courses.

Senior Industrial Trainer, Staff Development Group, Aramco:

• I am one of only seven Staff Development Trainers responsible for training and certifying all the company’s new Trainers, Mentors & Evaluators under the Saudi Aramco Job Certification and On-Job Training Programs, and for training Professional Mentors for the Engineering Specialist Development Program, with a focus on their development under the company’s Saudization Program. Have trained and certified hundred’s of staff members.
• • I was awarded a Certificate of Recognition as Outstanding Trainer in 2005 from a field of several hundred of our trainers.
