Professional Experience
• Working as Deputy Manager Instrument (Polymer & UTY) in Ibrahim Fibers Limited Faisalabad. ( 1999 to Date).
• Worked during the erection and commissioning of polymer and utility plants. Participated for DCS hardware and software configuration. Performed the loop testing and calibration of level, flow and pressure transmitters.
• Provided technical expertise during conceptual modification, detail design, fabrication, up gradation, installation, commissioning and plant modification.
• Worked in Polymer and Staple fiber plant for routine and maintenance activities.
• Computer & printers maintenance and hardware installation of Local Area Network. (Ethernet and Token Ring)
• Provided total technical integrity solutions and expertise through technical review/compliance check and specialized studies.
• Developed equipment specifications bid enquiry package and provided engineering services for the purchase of company supplied equipment /material.
• Participated in the project activities such as Hazard and Operability study (HAZOP) process optimization studies.
• Experience in handling the major maintenance works such as planned shut down, overhauling of motors, generators and field instrumentation.
