At present I am working in GAIL (India) Limited, one of the outstanding public sector enterprise in Oil & Gas industries under government of India which deals in natural gas/LNG transmission & marketing. The company also operates mega petrochemical & LPG recovery complex. As a mechanical engineer and having post graduation in Maintenance Engineering & Tribology I am periodically rotated among various departments like Project Planning execution, operation & maintenance of gas based plant which envisaged wide working experience of oil & gas industry in following fields.

Project Experience:

Project planning, estimation, execution, monitoring, installation and commissioning of Cross Country oil and Gas pipeline and turnkey projects including upstream and down stream facilities in oil, gas and petrochemical industries like various static and rotating equipments, aero-derivative as well as industrial combustion gas turbines (CGT's), high speed centrifugal compressors and pumps etc. Following Major project executed.

(a). Project planning, coordination & execution of 70 Kilometer cross country gas pipeline of 12” Dia as a project-in-charge.

(b). Project management with follow up for supply, installation, pre-commissioning and final commissioning of Compressor station consisting of three numbers of Solar Gas Turbines (Model: TITAN 130S, Make: Solar USA) driven Centrifugal Compressors (Model BCL 405 A, Make: BHEL). The whole package was supplied by BHEL, India with a capacity of 8 MMSCMD of each train.

(c). Installation, pre-commissioning and final commissioning of Compressor station consisting of three numbers of Rolls Royce Gas Generator (Model: RB211 –24G) with Power Turbines and Centrifugal Compressors of Cooper Bessemer USA (Power Turbine Model: RT 62 and Centrifugal Compressor Model: RF 4 BB 30). The whole package was supplied by Cooper Bessemer USA with a capacity of 15.6 MMSCMD of each train.

Operation and Maintenance Experience:

1. Having thorough understanding and experience of operation & maintenance of different types of mechanical equipments being used in gas processing plant & Compressor station designed for natural gas processing and LPG recovery with further boosting of 35 MMSCMD of natural gas & RLNG in downstream consumers through 1200 kilometer of 36” cross-country gas pipeline network.
